I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I purchased a hoodie for the holidays, but since it was bought in November, I am being denied an exchange. After emailing on Christmas Day, I was told the extended return policy didn’t start until December 3rd. Most reputable retailers begin their extended returns in November, so I feel penalized for being organized with my holiday shopping. Terrible customer service from a company that prides itself on being supportive!
