I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I purchased a hoodie for the holidays, but since it was bought in November, I am being denied an exchange. Should be 5 stars... I love the quality and the message, but it’s holiday time and I ordered a top for my partner, who has been wanting something from this website for a while. When the package arrived, my partner answered the door and saw the brand name all over it, ruining the surprise. Now he knows what he got, and this was supposed to be the main present. I’m a bit disappointed, as I thought they would use discreet packaging during the holidays. I can’t order from here during Christmas anymore.
The hoodie is quite thin, more like a thick t-shirt. The print quality wasn't the best, but I’ll see how it holds up. The design is cool, but I doubt I would order again, at least not a hoodie. There was also a mark on the hoodie that I wasn’t pleased about.
I was really excited to order from this company. I love the message they're promoting and wanted to support it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the products. I ordered two hoodies, but the quality was poor; the fabric was cheap and thin, no thicker than a regular t-shirt, offering no warmth. The print didn’t look durable either. I opted to return them for a refund, paid for return postage, and am also being charged for delivery despite the items being substandard. The process takes a long time, so it will take about two weeks to get my money back. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t shop here again or recommend it to others.
