I bought the wrong size for my son for the holidays and they won’t exchange it because it’s past 30 days. This was a holiday gift, and most companies have extended return/exchange policies during this period. I’m not seeking a refund, just an exchange, and I’m willing to pay for shipping, but they won’t budge on their policy. It’s disappointing, especially since the cause they support is important, but they clearly don’t prioritize customer service.
