Customer service at this place is horrendous. Their customer service rep (who I believe is also the owner) is extremely condescending and rude. The subscription states it is easy to cancel or pause which is a lie. Trying to cancel the subscription or amend it is impossible. Whilst the food is nice, the customer service lets the business down terrible so overall would not recommend anyone getting involved with this company at all.
