We used a car wash in a BP garage, the paintwork on my car was damaged. I reported this, initially they sent an standard email reply, it had a list of reasons they couldn’t help, they were supposed to delete all but one but the staff left them all in, none of the applied anyway. When we pointed this out , they then passed it onto their insurer who eventually said they were no going uk take any responsibility. I can prove it was then so I now have a costly repair to make. I found the staff uk be quite rude and unhelpful and would not use a BP garage again.
