I have been trying to obtain a copy of my mortgage contract for some time, but to no avail. Each time, I am directed to an external office, despite explaining that I am currently out of the country. As a client, I expect access to such essential documents directly from the bank. After highlighting this issue, I received no further communication. This is extremely disappointing and adds to my concerns with their services. Additionally, I frequently encounter problems with their mobile app and overall communication. While I appreciate having received a loan when needed, the lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I request a prompt copy of my mortgage contract and urge escalation if necessary. If unresolved, I may lodge a formal complaint.
