A frustrating experience with the service.

The last comment reflects the harsh reality. They took my funds and shifted the blame to social security. The account manager froze my money, leaving only a small amount for social security. She took everything and refused to leave any for me. I’m currently in the UK without any funds because of this. I reached out to the Ministry of Justice and the Attorney General's Office with all the necessary documents. She keeps blaming social security, but when I contacted the bank's support team, they confirmed that it was her responsibility to resolve the issue, not social security. Unfortunately, she never responded to my calls or messages.

Exercise caution with this bank

The last comment reflects the harsh reality. My funds were taken, and the account manager shifted the blame to social security. She blocked my access to my money, leaving only a minimal amount for social security. I found myself in the UK without any funds. The manager points fingers at social security, yet the call center informed me that it was her responsibility to resolve this issue. She never answered calls or responded to my messages.

Delays in payment causing frustration

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with this bank. My pension funds from my previous employer were deposited here. After retiring, I inquired about my payments and provided the required documents promptly. For six months, they kept saying they were working on it, only to later request the same documents again, but needing them verified and translated. I have complied with all their demands and am still waiting for my funds. They are creating bureaucratic hurdles to delay payments.

Unsatisfactory service for Premier clients

As a Premier account holder, I’ve been attempting to complete a transaction for nearly two months. My calls, attempts to contact my account manager, and online inquiries have all failed. Scheduling an appointment at the designated center is impossible. The lack of urgency and support for Premier clients is simply unacceptable, and immediate action is needed.

Avoid this bank due to poor issue resolution

I’ve faced a technical issue with my online banking, preventing me from transferring funds or making payments. After two days of trying to resolve this, I’ve spent hours on hold with no response from online chat and no callbacks as promised. When I do manage to speak with someone, they acknowledge the issue but take no action. Their service is virtually non-existent, and contacting the branch is futile.

Difficulty accessing mortgage contract

I have been trying to obtain a copy of my mortgage contract for some time, but to no avail. Each time, I am directed to an external office, despite explaining that I am currently out of the country. As a client, I expect access to such essential documents directly from the bank. After highlighting this issue, I received no further communication. This is extremely disappointing and adds to my concerns with their services. Additionally, I frequently encounter problems with their mobile app and overall communication. While I appreciate having received a loan when needed, the lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I request a prompt copy of my mortgage contract and urge escalation if necessary. If unresolved, I may lodge a formal complaint.

Unacceptable Service for Premier Account Holder

I am a Premier account client and have been trying to complete a transaction for almost 2 months. Calls, my account manager, and online forms all fail. Booking an appointment at Centro Premier Leiria is impossible.The lack of urgency and support is unacceptable for Premier clients. BPI needs to address these delays immediately.
