Unfortunately, she never responded to my calls or messages.

I have complied with all their demands and am still waiting for my funds. They are creating bureaucratic hurdles to delay payments.

As a client, I expect access to such essential documents directly from the bank. After highlighting this issue, I received no further communication. This is extremely disappointing and adds to my concerns with their services. Additionally, I frequently encounter problems with their mobile app and overall communication. While I appreciate having received a loan when needed, the lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I request a prompt copy of my mortgage contract and urge escalation if necessary. If unresolved, I may lodge a formal complaint.
