The last comment reflects the harsh reality. They took my funds and shifted the blame to social security. The account manager froze my money, leaving only a small amount for social security. She took everything and refused to leave any for me. I’m currently in the UK without any funds because of this. I reached out to the Ministry of Justice and the Attorney General's Office with all the necessary documents. She keeps blaming social security, but when I contacted the bank's support team, they confirmed that it was her responsibility to resolve the issue, not social security. Unfortunately, she never responded to my calls or messages.
