After 10+ years of excellent service, the catch on our Brabantia roll-top bread bin failed. Then I read what they say about their environmental credentials on their website, so I contacted them to see if spare parts were still available. They immediately sent me a complementary catch. This arrived safely, the next day; fitting proved straightforward and it now works perfectly. I would have been happy to pay for a new catch, so they went way beyond my expectations. I wish more companies were like this, especially given our planet has such tough environmental challenges!
