Tried to cancel an order immediately after placed in error. Sent emails (multiple) left phone message as they never answer their phone…ever. Shipped product although I sent emails prior to shipping to cancel, ignored and sent anyway. They must be fraudulent as I read many complaints on Facebook and many unresolved complaints in BBB. They are not accredited in BBB, but they have many unresolved complaints. This company should be shut down and should refund all the people they scammed. Because of the nature of their products, I could almost see them taking advantage of seniors on social security.
