I really wish, I had looked them up earlier. Please beware. Same issue as others. Asked to cancel before shipment. No answer to emails or calls. Do not buy anything from this company!
Tried to cancel an order immediately after placed in error. Sent emails (multiple) left phone message as they never answer their phone…ever. Shipped product although I sent emails prior to shipping to cancel, ignored and sent anyway. They must be fraudulent as I read many complaints on Facebook and many unresolved complaints in BBB. They are not accredited in BBB, but they have many unresolved complaints. This company should be shut down and should refund all the people they scammed. Because of the nature of their products, I could almost see them taking advantage of seniors on social security.
Should have read the reviews before ordering. Poor quality material. One item broke the first time I used. for neck support.Brace back rods fell out of support brace.Find another company.They do not reply to emails. There return policy is useless. Means for getting out of replacing items. defective. You spend your money to return for their approval and possible review. Poorly packaged tells me they buy in bulk resend from the way they receive. Nothing inbox to identify themselves or # to call. They do not even deserve 1 Business practice should be reported to BBB
The shoulder brace was too small and I was unable to even get it on. Emails to them were never returned and phone calls were not answered. This is apparently typical of this company according to other reviews and I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it.
I ordered a shoulder brace. It was very poor quality and didn't fit at all. I tried to contact them multiple times by phone and email to return it and they never responded. They took my money and then blew me off. I contacted the Attorney General and they did not respond to them either. Don't shop there if you think there is a chance you might have to return anything. I'm getting really tired of people stealing my money. Too bad you can't trust people anymore. No integrity whatsoever. I don't get it. Try being honest. You'll feel better. My name is Laura Levering and I ordered this in September and tried for a month to contact them. They did not send any paper work with it. I have no way to print our invoices so I have no record of it but you have multi emails from me. It is a legitimate purchase. That's all I can tell you. Just quit ripping people off! I want to add the actual order date was September 12th, 2025.
I am sorry that I didn't read these reviews prior to ordering the 2 pairs of arm covers. They do not fit and extremely too tight and uncomfortable. I tried calling and you get a recorded message not to call and respond via email which I did, 2 emails were sent. No response back from them. I have already contacted my credit card company to see what can be done to dispute this charge. I would tell anyone NOT to purchase anything from this company. Their customer service seems not to exist and it appears that do not reply to anyone who wishes to return merchandise for a refund. All I am asking is for someone from Brace to contact me so that I can return the arm covers for a refund and NOT a store credit.

Got some from amazon after that for half the price and they are even better!
They sell garbage products stay far away. I ordered two arm sleeves. I paid $26 which include included 599 shipping. They were shipped in a cheap little bag that cost them $.25 regular post and the products wouldn’t even fit the arm of a baby this is a scam company. Do not buy their products. Shame on them. They should be shut down.
