I ordered a shoulder brace. It was very poor quality and didn't fit at all. I tried to contact them multiple times by phone and email to return it and they never responded. They took my money and then blew me off. I contacted the Attorney General and they did not respond to them either. Don't shop there if you think there is a chance you might have to return anything. I'm getting really tired of people stealing my money. Too bad you can't trust people anymore. No integrity whatsoever. I don't get it. Try being honest. You'll feel better. My name is Laura Levering and I ordered this in September and tried for a month to contact them. They did not send any paper work with it. I have no way to print our invoices so I have no record of it but you have multi emails from me. It is a legitimate purchase. That's all I can tell you. Just quit ripping people off! I want to add the actual order date was September 12th, 2025.
