I am sorry that I didn't read these reviews prior to ordering the 2 pairs of arm covers. They do not fit and extremely too tight and uncomfortable. I tried calling and you get a recorded message not to call and respond via email which I did, 2 emails were sent. No response back from them. I have already contacted my credit card company to see what can be done to dispute this charge. I would tell anyone NOT to purchase anything from this company. Their customer service seems not to exist and it appears that do not reply to anyone who wishes to return merchandise for a refund. All I am asking is for someone from Brace to contact me so that I can return the arm covers for a refund and NOT a store credit.
