This company, plainly put, sucks. Their products are acceptable for low end, low price braces but their customer service is counter productive or non-existent. Their website is purposefully set up so that no useful information about your business with them (order lookup, for one example) is discernable. They will not answer the phone, nor will they engage in any productive way, with their customers. They only anonymously email you with a "NO" answer to every inquiry, even WHEN THEY SHIP THE WRONG PRODUCT(S). I would normally only write a review or answer a survey if I had something nice to say, but in this case, I will make an exception and tell the negative, deserved, truth about this company. Once you have an issue they do one of two things. They either offer you ridiculous and useless advice or, they ignore you. Steer clear of these people.
