I placed an order, and the payment was processed, followed by an email confirmation. I received another email stating my delivery would arrive in 5 to 10 days. As that time passed, I contacted the service to check on my delivery, only to learn it wouldn't arrive for another 6 weeks. I received no communication from the company regarding my delivery, and given that this was ordered in November for a Christmas gift, I found this treatment completely unprofessional. I won't be using the service again.
