Where should I begin? The packaging was inadequate for an expensive figurine, arriving only in a polystyrene box. There was no effort on the company's part to wrap it in bubble wrap. I'm just relieved it arrived intact. Moreover, I know the original packaging exists for these figurines, but this item came looking second-hand. I feel the company is overcharging customers. Without original packaging, they should lower the price. I can understand why many have complained about this service. Neither my wife nor I will be returning.
I placed an order, and the payment was processed, followed by an email confirmation. I received another email stating my delivery would arrive in 5 to 10 days. As that time passed, I contacted the service to check on my delivery, only to learn it wouldn't arrive for another 6 weeks. I received no communication from the company regarding my delivery, and given that this was ordered in November for a Christmas gift, I found this treatment completely unprofessional. I won't be using the service again.
I am truly thankful for the help I received. The representative assisted me with my beautiful collections and provided excellent information about them. I'm eagerly awaiting a lovely baby alien collection, and he was quick to place my order. Thank you so much for your kindness; it is greatly appreciated. I can't wait for my other beautiful collections to arrive; I'm extremely happy!
I've been a loyal customer for years without issues until now. If you order something with a promise of 5-7 business days delivery, don't expect it before Christmas. I made a purchase in November and received no shipping updates. When I contacted the support team, they couldn't provide a timeline, and when I asked about delivery before Christmas, they said it was uncertain. My request to waive delivery charges due to the delay was denied. If you're looking for timely holiday purchases, be prepared for stress and uncertainty. The customer service is very disappointing and lacks care. I've filed a complaint and am awaiting a response. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with the service from this company.
