I made a purchase in November and received no shipping updates. When I contacted the support team, they couldn't provide a timeline, and when I asked about delivery before Christmas, they said it was uncertain. My request to waive delivery charges due to the delay was denied. If you're looking for timely holiday purchases, be prepared for stress and uncertainty. The customer service is very disappointing and lacks care. I've filed a complaint and am awaiting a response. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with the service from this company.
