Item arrived defective. The webpage for this company has no way to report problems like defects. The only option is to call a 1-800 number or use a chat. I will now have no gift for my event unless they take my word for it and refund me. Based on their performance this far, I expect them to force me to make a pointless return (who is going to buy a necklace with someone else’s name on it?) The only thing I can hope for is that they refund in me time for me to shop somewhere else. This will do little to address the situation as there are only two business days left for me to replace this. I could not be more unhappy I will never order jewelry from the internet again.
