Placed an order on December 11th for the 250th anniversary USMC hoodie. Arrival date was initially December 27th. When it was not received at that time I checked the status. It then said January 13th. Checked again and arrival date was changed to February 27th. Contacted them via their email form. Was advised that personalization takes longer. Item is not personalized!! Checking the status of my order today. Arrival date is now showing April 7th. It is ridiculous that an item should take 4 months. I have ordered from them before and have not had an issue. To say that I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement!!
I ordered my wifes birthday/Valentine's gift on February 8th. The site said 2 day delivery. Today is February 17th and we still haven't received. I spoke to customer service and they said it's still in transit. I asked what happened to 2 day shipping. No excuse just wait for it. I told them just cancel my order they said it was in transit and that I have to take it to the post office and return. I told them being it's in transit do an interception but they refused.i was told that they were a reputable company but I guess not. Ruined the whole day.
Placed my first order with this company and was told it should arrive within 14 days. After two weeks I decided to contact them as I hadn’t even received confirmation of shipping. They inform me product is no longer available and I won’t be receiving it. They had no intention of informing me but were going to just let me keep wondering what was happening. No customer service at all. Would recommend you don’t waste your time or money with this company.
Cancel that order! You said 5 easy payments for the necklace.....gave you valid PayPal info.....
You tell me I'm not established or owe a balance! Deceptive advertising or marketing! Wife will get flowers instead! Keep your necklace....we will find it elsewhere!
When I ordered it said I qualified for free shipping. Also when I went to pay it did not have shipping or extra fees showing on the total. My order is over $40 more than it said it was. It also did not say it would be 8 months until it comes !!!!! (Until after I ordered) First and only time ordering from you. Never again !!
I ordered 1 coin 2 months ago that I still haven't received yet, and now they just charged me for another 1 when I haven't even received the 1st one ,and now they just charged me $60 for some reason I don't even know. I try to get ahold of them and all I ever get is we are experiencing higher than normal call volume but my number is in the cue and they will call me back and they never do!

Item arrived defective. The webpage for this company has no way to report problems like defects. The only option is to call a 1-800 number or use a chat. I will now have no gift for my event unless they take my word for it and refund me. Based on their performance this far, I expect them to force me to make a pointless return (who is going to buy a necklace with someone else’s name on it?) The only thing I can hope for is that they refund in me time for me to shop somewhere else. This will do little to address the situation as there are only two business days left for me to replace this. I could not be more unhappy I will never order jewelry from the internet again.
I ordered a replacement for a Christmas gift that arrived damaged. It took until today to receive a credit for the returned item. The customer service response was quite slow, while the company seems to have no issue sending out 1-2 sales emails daily.
