I ordered my wifes birthday/Valentine's gift on February 8th. The site said 2 day delivery. Today is February 17th and we still haven't received. I spoke to customer service and they said it's still in transit. I asked what happened to 2 day shipping. No excuse just wait for it. I told them just cancel my order they said it was in transit and that I have to take it to the post office and return. I told them being it's in transit do an interception but they refused.i was told that they were a reputable company but I guess not. Ruined the whole day.
