Customer service seems to be very supportive. However; When ordering online there is no entry to list banking address. My bank routing number lists several banks of different names and states. As a result, the wrong banking name and address got printed. Two attempts was made to correct the order. Each replacement order was returned with the same repeated errors. On the 3rd call with customer service I requested a refund of $107 for whatever reason they stated it would take 5 days we will see.
