Better customer service, i thought my order was taking to long so I called an got a lady that wouldn't listen to my concerns an talked over me, my 2nd bad experience so I will not use Bradford again,
The price was right. Bradford gave me more for less money than any other site I looked at.
My complaint was that I had to start over several times because I couldn't find where to edit my checks when I previewed them.
I would not give Bradford Exchange Checks-on-line even one star-they are a HORRIBLE CO!! They put the wrong routing number on my pers checks/deposit slip and then blamed me! Gave me the run around multiply times! They claim to have 100% saisfaction guarantee but that's a joke too- All for $10.74- And won't stand by their satisfaction quarantee etc!! C R Roach
I had not ordered from them in many years and yet they refused to let me use a good code that would have saved me a lot. Then after I ordered at a much higher price I was offered $7 off to let them email me. I checked it and then discovered in the super tiny print they would be charging me a "membership" price!! I had to call and hopefully I am unsubscribed? We shall see. Not happy
My checks arrived and I love them. I do not love that I was charged $70.00!!!! Have called and was told it would be fixed and refunded to my bank account. Well I'm still waiting for my refund. It will be a month on Feb.28th. Definitely would not recommend using this company. Very dissatisfied.
Got to the point of closing deal then was told I had not entered enough information to process purchase. Wasn't advised of information lacking so I had to end this online order and start over on a phone order which was completed with out a problem.
I absolutely LOVE my new checks from Bradford Exchange, & the price was AMAZING! The dragonfly motif has special meaning to me, & they made designing them totally easy & FUN. (I really appreciated the ability to choose a font that was much more "me", for example.) They even let me add one of my personal sayings! The quality of the checks FAR exceeded my expectations, & shipping was SUPER-fast, too! 10/10
There was a bank reference on my checks that doesn't match my bank references and my bank never used this. A representative from Bradford told me as long as the check routing numbers match, it doesn't matter. However, incorrect information does matter to me.
Too much bait and switch. Advertising one price for checks that after entering information turns out to be unavailable for a renewal order. And only then disclosing the handling charges which is followed by an offer to waive those charges if I join a club that will entitle me to be sent more special offers. And then noting in the fine print that after 30 days I’ll be charged a monthly fee for the privilege of getting these promotions of things I don’t want. And then the repeated pushes to buy fraud protection that I had already rejected.
I can only give 3 stars at this time due to the incredibly slow website. It took me at least 30 minutes to order simple checks with no frills or extras. I was kicked out twice after messages about their site having maintenance...at 3PM on a Wednesday afternoon. Then, after my order was finished, I was offered a deal for free shipping only to see that after I agreed, it would try to automatically renew at a large cost one year from now. I hope that due to the excessive slowness of the site, I was able to close that window before the "free shipping" deal went through.
