I made an order on the 22nd of November in 2025, it is now 14/04/2026 and I still haven't received my shoes. I have given up any hope that they'll be arriving and I have consistently contacted their support every week or two since the 23rd of December. They have done nothing but run me around in circles, stating I am not eligible for a refund as they have already shipped the shoes, however the shoes show as being at the "checked over for quality" stage for the last 5 months. They take your money and run! I have a very long email chain with them with the back and forth where they constantly deny me a refund even though it is legally required in Australia when they have failed to provide a product within a certain timeframe of purchase and the customer asks for a refund. They are CRIMINALS. DO NOT BUY.
