Bradley Weston is a scam. They masquerade like they are selling these high quality items and that you will be satisfied with your purchase but that is a bold face lie. I ordered a leather suit jacket from them and the item looked nothing like the website and it was low grade quality and too small, although I ordered my regular size.
I reached out to customer service to get the issue resolved and she told me "yes" I can return my item but I have to pay shipping cost. I am fine with that, just take back this piece of cheap crap. Then customer service followed up by stating that shipping needs to returned overseas and can be quite costly to the customer. I feel they need to disclose that on their site.
They wanted to offer me all these solutions but dont want to give the refund that I am do. This has gone on for about been a week. I have been going back and forth with the representative and I finally asked her upgrade my compliant to someone that can give the resolve I need. Bradley Weston better be blessed I can't negative stars, because they would definitely get -5 stars. Save your money, save your time and save your sanity! God bless!

Terrible experience with the boots

I ordered a pair of boots on 29 November, and they didn't arrive until 24 December. The customer service was appalling. I wore the boots for just 15 minutes on a short walk on dry pavement. By the time I got home, they were already damaged—polish peeling off and the 'leather' uppers cracking. These boots are completely useless. I advise against purchasing from this seller.
