I have just received the most amazing customer service from Marline - The Manager of Barkers Arcade, Northallerton (Bradley’s Jewellers).I had a problem with my recently purchased (July) George Jenson silver bracelet. Initially it was going to be sent back to Denmark for inspection and repair. After a couple of days I received a phone call from Marline, to offer me a new identical replacement bracelet, as she considered the estimated 3 months possible waiting time,for my original bracelet to be returned to me as excessive.
