I might have rated the after-school program my child is enrolled in more favorably, but it's entirely unclear. My only interaction is with the person who opens the door each day. I don’t know any of the instructors and can’t see how the program operates. My son is only 6, so he can only share so much about his experience. He seems fine, but I have no insight into what they do. If I understood the program better, I might give a higher rating. However, the terrible customer service experience I've had with this company overshadows that. I use child-care assistance to pay for after-school care for my two children, but due to the delays in processing these benefits, I’ve ended up paying double for child care, which has strained my family financially. Dealing with the impersonal customer service has been a nightmare, with conflicting information and no real support offered. I've spent a significant amount on care that should have been fully subsidized, and no meaningful solutions have been provided. This has been incredibly frustrating all school year. So, if you depend on child-care assistance or are struggling with costs, proceed with caution.
