I would potentially rate the after-school program my child is in higher, but the lack of transparency is concerning. My only interaction is with the person who opens the door each day, and I have no knowledge of the instructors or how the program operates. My child is only 6, so their insights into the activities are limited. While they seem content, I'm left in the dark about their experiences. If I had more information about the program's management, I might consider giving a better rating. Currently, I'm unsure of the quality of the programming, which doesn't mitigate the dreadful customer service I've encountered. I utilize assistance to cover after-school costs for my children, but due to the company's prolonged delay in processing these benefits, I've been forced to pay out of pocket for months. This has significantly strained my family's finances. Navigating this issue with the impersonal customer service staff has been incredibly frustrating. I've received nothing but mixed messages and generic responses about their willingness to assist, yet no real help has been provided. I've spent a considerable amount on childcare that should have been covered, as the company seems unable to manage the necessary paperwork, and no real solutions have been proposed. This situation has been a major source of stress throughout the school year. If you rely on assistance or are struggling with the program's costs, I wish you the best of luck.

I've spent a significant amount on care that should have been fully subsidized, and no meaningful solutions have been provided. This has been incredibly frustrating all school year. So, if you depend on child-care assistance or are struggling with costs, proceed with caution.
Having sent my children to several summer camps over the years, this one (specifically at this location) has been the worst. While we've been pleased with other camps, this one fell short. The staff were unprofessional, often reprimanding our children for minor infractions and making fun of their appearances in a hurtful manner. Additionally, there were no activities provided for kids during extended care, leaving them to wait idly. I will not return to this camp.
This company is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. They appear indifferent and lack proper experience with children. Despite rebranding, the issues remain the same. Their previous reputation speaks volumes about their practices, and they seem to be continuing the same poor treatment.
I can't speak for other locations, but the camps at this site are a complete scam. The marketing promises engaging STEM activities, but in reality, the kids are left to watch TV or play games. When confronted, the staff claims they are understaffed. The kids running the classes are powerless to change anything. Once you've paid, it's too late for a refund, and the excuses offered are unacceptable. They have already changed their name once due to negative feedback, and it’s likely they will do so again.
We enrolled in a robotics camp that we thought would focus on robotics and coding. However, my son mentioned they mainly played with the robots, with no coding involved. On the final day, the teacher was late and the robots were just expensive toys controlled via an iPad. My son ended up upset because his robot's battery died, and it took me looking for help for anyone to notice. The instructors seemed disengaged and were more interested in socializing than teaching. There was no coding or explanation of how the robots functioned, making it feel more like a daycare than an educational experience. Although the staff was friendly and my son enjoyed playing with the other kids and swimming, this was the most expensive camp we attended, and it didn't live up to expectations. We've had much better experiences at other camps that were more reasonably priced.

The classroom was managed by high school students instead of qualified educators. He was exposed to inappropriate language and lacked proper hands-on instruction. When I raised these concerns, the response from leadership was disappointing and dismissive, with no accountability taken. The safety and well-being of the children were compromised. If you're considering this camp, please inquire about supervision and curriculum, as I cannot recommend it based on our experience.
