Caution with this company; they have automatically withdrawn funds while claiming I opted for auto renewal, yet I could not find any such option on the site. They withdrew money from my account, stating I had selected auto renewal, which I never do! After the withdrawal, I requested a chargeback from my bank, leading to my card being canceled. Surprisingly, a month later, the same amount was taken from the canceled credit card! These practices are highly unethical, and I have approached the bank again for another cancellation.
