Beware of this company; unethical practices observed

Beware of this company; they have automatically deducted funds, claiming that I opted for Auto Renew. However, I searched their site and couldn’t find any option for auto renewal. They withdrew money from my account, insisting I had checked the auto renew box, which I never do. After the withdrawal, I requested a chargeback from my bank, leading them to cancel my card. Yet, about a month later, the company withdrew the same amount again, this time from the cancelled credit card. Their practices are very unethical, and I’ve returned to the bank to request another cancellation.

Caution with this company

Recommended services with some room for improvement

I recommend the product; however, customer service could be better. I had an issue regarding a refund for services I couldn't utilize after shutting down my website six months ago. After some discussions, the issue was resolved. Their support response time for website concerns is generally good, aside from account management.
