Edited 24.05.2023After following up with the support team for more than 90 days, there has been no resolution to tickets. Support team goes around in circles with no clear solution to offer. Even after sharing log traces multiple times, support team is unable to comprehend the issue and provide a solution to paying customers.Revising the review on April 7, 2023 based on poor customer support. Downgrading to 1 star from 5 in 2 months.It is a nightmare having to deal with customer support. Tickets get closed without assigning a reason. Extremely difficult to get issues resolved.On February 3, 2023:Our association with Brainstorm Force's products began in August 2022 and soon upgraded to a growth bundle in October 2022. Have had to interact with tech support four times till today (Feb 3, 2023 ). We are pleased with their expertise and customer support.
