My experience is with their "UABB" and support. We are a travel agency in Norway and have had a ticket open with Brainstorm Force for 3 week now. They do not respond. When they do respond it is after long days of waiting, and then they tell us that an developer has to look at the issue. The support person does not seem to duplicate simple issues and asks irrelevant questions. It's like they don't care at all!!! Apparently, they are in India so there is a pause of at least 24-72 hours for every question and query, if they respond at all. The upshot is we have software that does not work, wasted hours and days resulting in about a $1500 loss and a very upset clients around the world. My opinion is to not buy their software and save time, money and lots of aggravation.
