I have the worst experience with this developer.For 3 weeks ago I had sent at least 15 mails to them. Under 4 days. They solved the issue but not completly.Their UAG blocks a lot of other plugins and there is a ticket oppen on UAG home page from another plugin creator, from WP Recipe Maker but this Brainstorm team does not give a dam about that. I ahve also oppened a ticket with ID 121592 YESTERDAY. No answer.this creators do not have any respect for me, as client, and for other developers that are waiting to their plugin became functional because UAG BREAKING BLOCK PREVIEW FOR DYNAMIC BLOCKS.I have sent to them screenshots and links. They are ignorants.The good reviews are paied, so I think. Because I have a very bad experience with customer care.It is the second time in less than 3 weeks that my site does not work properly because of UAG. And I will continue to write about that . Because if someone pays money to have premium version it should be a functional version and the best custome care.But this team does not show any respect. They are taking the money ant then they are ignore all the problems.
