I've been using the Astra products for over a year now. I ran into a problem with one of their plugins a few days ago. I submitted a support ticket and had a three day back and forth conversation. They fixed the problem and even answered some unrelated questions. At this point I don't think I'll ever make a change because their stuff is really, really good and there always making it better. I'm all in for the long-term.
