One month has passed since ordering - my order still not shipped. According to support information shipping to my country was suspended, but there is no information about this issue on the site when the order I ordered. When I requested to ship to another country - received the reply that the item is out of stock. Didn't receive any compensation or apologies. That was a gift. Bad service.Looks like a scam!
