The company fails to mention during the purchase that it is located in Singapore and that customers may incur customs fees. While this information is available on the website, it could catch unsuspecting customers off guard. I ordered angled pads but received two left ear pads instead. I could install one on the right speaker upside down, but that would position the seam incorrectly. The company's own guidelines clearly state the seam should face down. Having one seam up looks unappealing, especially when the other is correctly positioned. The support team was unhelpful, refusing to send a replacement pad and incorrectly asserting that there are no differences between left and right pads, which contradicts their instructional videos.

Package misdelivered – seller denies refund

I ordered a headphone cable from the company. Although tracking shows it was delivered, I never received it. The delivery photo clearly shows a different location and person. The shipping label lacked my apartment number, leading to the mix-up. After multiple attempts to reach support with proof of delivery, they still refused to reship or refund the order, insisting the delivery was valid. This has been very frustrating. I had to file complaints with the carrier, my bank, and the platform. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

I bought replacement ear pads for Bose HP700 headphones. The ordering process was fine, but delivery was slow. I was surprised that the price didn't include VAT or customs fees, which I had to pay separately, making the overall cost unreasonable. After fitting the earpads, the headphones didn't sit comfortably, and the materials felt subpar. They barely fit in the original case. I wouldn't recommend this vendor.

Terrible experience with this company

This company is truly disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 1-5 days from Hong Kong, but after 43 days, they refused to issue a refund or reship the lost item. Customer service has been unhelpful, making excuses for nearly a month. If you're looking to be scammed, this company is a good choice. Most of their products seem poorly made.

Regrettable decision to order

I regrettably didn't check reviews before ordering earpads for my headphones. After 20 days, my package's delivery status remains unclear. Decent quality but uncomfortable

I purchased replacement headband liner and lambskin ear pads for my HD650 headphones. The liner fit reasonably well, although it was a bit fiddly. The lambskin pads fit moderately well but caused increased head pressure over time. After an hour, they became uncomfortable, which worsened by two hours. The thickness could be reduced for better comfort. Also, in hotter climates, a more breathable material would be preferable. However, shipping was quick, and I appreciate their product range—I'll consider them for future purchases.
