I'll preface this by saying I own lots of Brakeburn clothes. I love their dresses and I'm wearing one of their cardigans right now. Made a big order during black friday, over £220. Came quickly, I tried everything and decided to keep one dress only. Sent everything back, they received it on 6th December and....I still haven't been refunded. CS has been asking me to be patient but there's no definite timeline for refunds. Over 10 working days have passed already and with Christmas coming I doubt I'll receive my money before January. So yeah, beware of refunds.
