I made a purchase from this company and explicitly opted out of marketing communications. Despite this, they added me to their mailing list and began sending promotional emails. This indicates a disregard for customer preferences and poor data management. It's disappointing from any business, especially one that claims to uphold higher standards of transparency and ethics. This experience did not align with those values. I have unsubscribed now, but I shouldn't have been added in the first place. I hope they reassess their procedures to better reflect what their values should represent.
