I made a purchase from this company and explicitly opted out of marketing communications. Despite this, they added me to their mailing list and began sending promotional emails. This indicates a disregard for customer preferences and poor data management. It's disappointing from any business, especially one that claims to uphold higher standards of transparency and ethics. This experience did not align with those values. I have unsubscribed now, but I shouldn't have been added in the first place. I hope they reassess their procedures to better reflect what their values should represent.
The customer support from the company is among the best I've experienced; they are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to emails. One representative, in particular, went above and beyond to resolve an issue I faced. Thank you for your assistance!
The products are beautiful, and the customer service is fantastic. Items were simply and elegantly packaged with a wonderful scent and lovely natural ingredients that work well. There was an issue with a broken pump upon arrival, but it was replaced within a couple of days along with a spare and some samples. I would definitely purchase again and recommend wholeheartedly.
