They are holding 3 authorization charges for one Uber trip that has already been paid to the merchant and they have also released the hold. I tried to resolve the issue through in app support and lost access to my account after a bad interaction with a representative. He changed the phone number on my account so the app would not recognize my number. When I gained access again a few days later the 3 authorization holds were gone and I never got refunded. I have been receiving vulgar spam messages sent to my email everyday since the interactions!!!
