This banking company has got to be a scam, I had transferred money for the first time with them to my actual banking card and the money is just gone. Has not gone into my other account, and of course there just happens to be no transaction that I even transferred 330$?! They are asking me to prove it with a transaction number but for whatever reason there isn’t one. The only proof I have is my bank on their app shows 330$ in my other account that isn’t actually there and they aren’t trying to help me at all. I’ve called multiple times and all they care to do is leave me emails when I’ve continually requested a phone call… just 330$ just GONE is complete bullshit. Absolutely do not use their transfer banking system bc they will steal your money and say you never transferred it.
I've read alot of terrible reviews about this company and so far I haven't had any issues. First of all keep your card locked and no one can access your funds. My deposits come 2 days early as stated and if I want daily funds is available! If you choose to use this account via Uber or any app that has your information they can access it without you having your account unlocked. Don't lie on the bank fir your misjudgements my regular bank has been hacked twice in 1 year, so regardless the institution you got to manage who you deal with!
I someone made a illegal transfers from my account they won't tell me what account it was sent to they request back up pay moved it and my daily earnings. Now they expect me to pay it back. Matter unresolved. They only operate off Artificial intelligence. So I'm filing a complaint with the BBB also with consumer affairs. I can't even Uber because they taken all my earnings.
STILL receiving spamming emails from Branch banking (specifically Will, Stan, Ela & Manny recently), asking me to send them extremely sensitive information via email, in order to close an account I NEVER used, that NEVER had any money in it. I have put my request in writing many, many times, to no avail, and I continue to receive these spamming emails stating they can't close my account without me sending them my social sec # via email. This makes NO sense, since the reason they keep emailing me is that they want me to verify the info in order to keep my account open - which is exactly what I do not want. They must have had that info to open the account in the first place, and I'm not providing more info on an account I want deleted. Common sense would dictate that they'd just close it, but they are playing games. There is no viable phone # staffed by a human in which to get assistance. I have told them many times there is no money in the account and it was never used, yet every email they send tells me they'll close it if I really want them to, as long as there's no balance. There isn't and has never been a balance on an unused account.The Customer Service Reps at Branch are incompetent and seem unable to follow instructions. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!I can't even get them to respect my email preferences and honor my multiple "Unsubscribe" requests.
They are holding 3 authorization charges for one Uber trip that has already been paid to the merchant and they have also released the hold. I tried to resolve the issue through in app support and lost access to my account after a bad interaction with a representative. He changed the phone number on my account so the app would not recognize my number. When I gained access again a few days later the 3 authorization holds were gone and I never got refunded. I have been receiving vulgar spam messages sent to my email everyday since the interactions!!!
One day before my vacation my card was hacked or cloned at 1 am while I was sleeping and i called to dispute it, they denied the claim saying my card was present in Florida the transaction, but I have a proof that I was in Texas and proof that I was sleeping, but they seem to understand since they overseas customer service. It’s hard to get in touch with customer service or get a resolution.
I am a nurse and worked two shifts for Nursestat in Ky, I tried to sign up for branch and it said could not verify my identity, Nursestat tried to guide me through and it said the same thing, I called branch and after being on hold for 3 hours finally someone took my call and they walked me through every step still I couldn’t access the app, I ask them if they could just mail me a check, absolutely not, so they’re escalating the case which they were suppose to have done 3 days ago, so I’m out over a thousand dollars and they have no solutions nor does Nursestat, so I guess I have lost the money I worked for, stay away from both companies.
Branch took my weekly money that was needed and already budgeted to pay a life saving bill.If you are a Pro Diamond driver for UBER, I do not recommend signing up for the Uber Pro card.It turned out to be a nightmare for me and my hard earned money got transferred and loaded to a credit card. I could not transfer it out to my bank because my bank does not allow transfers in from a debit mastercard.
