I purchased an Ergonomic Office Chair from Branch Furniture. This was a highly advertised Ergonomic Office Chair; they heavily advertised it on facebook. I should have checked Trustpilot first. What people are describing with issues with this chair from this company are true. The arms of the chair were so hard; it gave me a sore elbow; my husband immediately said the seat was too hard. I sat on it a few days and indeed that is true. I have nerve damage in my lower back which effects the area you sit on. The depth of the seat was also very long; designed more for a man than women. I was at the limit for making things least on all the adjustments. There was no way I could sit on this chair long term. This chair was definitely not as advertised. It was advertised as this incredibly ergonomic designed chair. This chair sadly failed on multiple levels. This company made me pay the return shipping; I felt that was very unfair considering the quality of this chair I received and the way this chair was advertised as being so ergonomically wonderful.
