Review UpdateAfter my initial review, the company has done the right thing and supported their product. While I don't think it should have taken these measures to get the correct response, the outcome is very satisfactory. Previous reviewI purchased an Ergonomic chair on 2/28. After shipping time, I have owned the chair for a little over 2 weeks. I just moved into a new home, and have sat in the chair for probably 20 hours over the course of those weeks. Noticed that the threads are pulling on the seat. I have been told via email that this is not covered. Apparently they think I am sitting on it with pants covered in razorblades or run an animal shelter, not sure. Just seems very cheap to show this kind of wear in a chair that is barely even broke in.
