I am extremely nervous now when ordering from Brandalley. I have had several orders that aren't delivered when they said they would and some items have had long delays and rather than be informed I've had to chase for an explanation or to get my item. The company is becoming increasingly more difficult to get hold of and the phones don't work even when I call in opening times so I have to deal with a bot. The refund period is too long, usually around 2 weeks before the money comes back (other on line businesses are quicker) and discount codes I'm offered frequently aren't applicable to the item I want to order or there is a high minimum spend. I see a once good, efficient company slipping both in efficiency and in customer care. I no longer recommend to friends and family. Saying that, though my last order, a pair of jeans came without delays or problems.
