FIRST AND LAST TIME USING BRAND ALLEY!!
I placed an order on 20th February.
I was expecting the item to be delivered today. Yesterday I received a text message to say the delivery had been cancelled.
I contacted BRAND ALLEY and was told they didn’t know why the delivery was cancelled and they would contact ROYAL CRAFT who are the supplier and I should receive a reply within 3-5 working days.
I contacted ROYAL CRAFT who are the suppliers of the dinning set and got an answer from them within 5 MINUTES!!
They have advised me that BRAND ALLEY advertised the wrong colour and you were supposed to be notifying all your customers, which they are clearly are not doing.
I’ve sat on hold and was automatically cut off 3 TIMES after waiting 20 minutes each time.
After finally getting through by telephone, I’m having to advise BRAND ALLEY of the issue! The BRAND ALLEY advisor told me this wasn’t BRAND ALLEY’S fault. It’s the distributers and yet they are STILL advertising this item. I was advised I would receive confirmation within 24 to 48 hours and I’m still waiting!
I saw an ad on Facebook and bought a few pieces. It was a waste of money as the quality wasn’t good and I waited for 2 of the pieces I bought to be delivered for 2 weeks and then I contacted them to cancel the items as I did t want to wait much longer. It took them 2 weeks to process the refund and they deducted £4 return fee even though they never actually posted them. I’d rather pay more and have better customer service than this. Will not be buying from them again and I suggest to look for a more reliable shop too.
I was a regular customer when they first came onto the market and had high hopes… 10yrs away and unfortunately my first few experiences with them has been disappointing. The lack of customer service and the standard that the packages anre arriving in is shocking. The customer service agents do not even bother to read emails before responding. I will not be using them again. They reply below but could not reply to my email. Absolute rubbish.
I used to buy very often with BA. But they keep making shopping so difficult these days. The ruturns are not free and on the top of that I find them complicated. I was not able to return the whole order in one package. They asked me to return it somewhere else. Hassle! Rude customer service. I can't be bothered giving them chances. My girlfriends also experience hassles from them. You need a lot of patience with them. No, thank you.
Had an issue with a pair of Hunters boots that I bought in Sept 25 but didn’t start wearing until November however less than two months later one of the boots disintegrated making them unusable, considering I spent well over £100 on the boots I was really frustrated with the purchase. Jack at BrandAlley was fantastic really understood my issue and worked to resolve the issue with Hunters which he did and got me the reimbursement for the poor quality product. Thank you Jack you did amazing
Ordered set of 6 glasses. Courier stated delivered to me. I didn't receive the parcel. I don't know what address it to was delivered too, as photo shows someones front gate. Proof of delivery doesn't show my address and doesn't show my door, or it being handed to me. There was no signature! Brand alley refuse to help me further and advise me to contact my bank. I paid via Klarna and even Klarna won't help me. Absolutely disgusting service!! ***Brand Alley replied saying there is nothing they can do, because it was royal mail!!! They chose this form of delivery, NOT ME! This is a joke!
I can not recommend Brand Alley enought , especially Mike who i spoke to , which is a rarity these days when you need to contact customer service! Mike was exceptionally helpful sorted my problem out in no time . Cant recommend them enough and Mike your an asset to the company!
A situation regarding two concurrent orders stemmed partly from my misunderstandings and partly from the absence of order confirmations and updates about delivery delays from the service. Once I brought this to attention, a representative did her utmost to assist and clarify things. I'm satisfied with the resolution now, but I remain cautious until I see that order confirmations and delay updates will be consistently provided to customers.

My shopping experience was pleasant, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my dress because I was away. The parcel ended up in my blue bin, which wasn’t checked in time, and it got emptied. Now I’m left without my dress and feeling quite disappointed. I couldn’t check the delivery myself as I was away, and my son didn’t notice the card that was left at the door—such an unfortunate situation for me.
