I have had a faulty mattress (Emma) I purchased through their website so far I’ve had 4 days off work for a collection that the courier has said is happening for each time a text on the day to cancel. I’m in a small home and to have a double mattress to navigate is a headache and the stress trying to get it collected is a nightmare. Again today they should be coming and again a text cancelling!
