I ordered a set of luxury bed linen for my BnB. Half of it was delivered ( pillowcases) but much later when I was promised a delivery it didn’t come. Days later I noticed a refund note from PayPal. The company didn’t apologise or let me know. Now I am left with a pair of unmatched pillowcases which I can’t use. I wasn’t given the option of cancelling the entire order or offered alternatives which might have been helpful. I won’t use them again, because if poor communication and unreliability
