Extremely bad customer service! I have been trying to return some items from my order the last 2 weeks! First I have spend couple of days to reach out and get a reply. For ‘some’ reason the email they have provided for customers to get a return code (if your product is provided by a supplier not BrandAlley directly) is not working and I keep getting email rejection mails. Then after my numerous attempts on the bot chat someone emailed me to assist me, yet again a disappointment. After several emails back and forth, I was first provided with a return date and some carrier company was supposed to collect the boxes, they changed it to the next day, which was not my preferred day. Nevertheless, I accepted the second day to deliver the packages, changed all my schedule and stayed at home to make sure I don’t miss the courier service, no one showed up! I sent several emails to get information, NO replies!!!! Horrible horrible service, BrandAlley is just focused on marketing and spamming your inbox without any actual servicing when needed.
