When I reached out for help because the code no longer worked, I was told to simply “monitor the website every day” for another discount instead of being offered any kind of practical solution.Throughout the interaction, it felt like my concerns weren’t really being heard. The responses came across as rigid and unhelpful—more of a “computer says no” type of attitude rather than genuine customer support. For a situation that seemed simple to resolve, the lack of effort and understanding was incredibly frustrating.This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering again.
