The wrong size (trousers) was sent and, despite reporting it 11 days ago, I am still waiting for them to deal with my case. I asked for the correct size to be sent but they are not in a hurry to sort it out. This is what they replied 5 days ago after I chased it up: "We are awaiting a reply from the warehouse to confirm that the correct size is available so we can send you a replacement."
