Hands down the worst chatbot service. Cannot even answer basic questions, like what time are the service hours. What is the process for making a complaint... awful.On another note, beware of buying anything from a 'Trusted Seller'. If you need to return anything, BA refuse to do anything even when seller refuses to respond. My return was delivered 8 days ago and still chasing an acknowledgement!
